Terms
Nightly rates based on double occupancy. Extra adults @ $25 each per night. 50% deposit required at time of booking. $40 per pet fee. Weekly rates based on 2 - 6.

Reservations require a deposit of 50% of total along with a security/damage deposit of $500 with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cheque & cash.
Upon receipt of deposit a written confirmation will be sent.
CANCELLATION POLICY
30 days prior to arrival for return of deposit less $50.
Less than 30 days forfeits deposit.
